By the Grace of God

Calvary Chapel Living Hope had its beginning as a church plant out of an outreach ministry from Calvary Chapel Vista and was established in Downtown Oceanside on Easter Sunday, 1995. God sent us out with two scriptures:

Matthew 16:18 “And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it.”

2 Peter 3:18 “but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.”

Through the years, we can boldly say that God has kept these promises to us! We welcome and encourage you to come and fall in love with the Word of God and grow spiritually with the body of Christ together. We are confident that by His Grace, you will be fruitfully blessed.
